PURPOSE
WOMEN’S SHOE PRODUCTION
You will work on your own design samples through the manufacturing process with selected and highly qualified footwear industry professionals.

IMMERSION IN THE PRODUCTION OF WOMEN’S SHOESDIVE TWO WEEKS INTO A SHOE FACTORY
Work on the manufacture of 6 prototypes of your footwear collection. Professional guidance through on-site mentoring.

YOUR PROJECT "MANUFACTURES"
EXPERIENCE + 6 PROTOTYPES
During the project you will know/supervise the factory execution of 3 original designs mounted in 3 different lasts, – in number 37 – plus 3 different combinations of the original designs, with their logo stamped on the floor and packaging. You will learn how to develop a complete collection by making the most of the resources you have available.
CHOICE OF RAW MATERIALS UNIVERSE OF POSSIBILITIES
Choose your lasts, heels, tannings, textiles, synthetics, etc., from thousands of references available in our Footwear Components industry.
ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCEEXPLORE YOUR SKILLS AS A DESIGNER
Learn how to manage the day-to-day process of footwear production, from the choice of base: lasts and heels, through fitting, cutting, fitting, etc., to packaging; times, shapes, details, precision, in short, producing a correct and diverse footwear collection.
ADMISSION PROCEDURE
HOW DO I APPLY?
Designers will apply through a project that includes at least 3 design proposals, 20 days before the dates indicated in each edition (order of priority based on feasibility and date of application)
PROJECT'S VIABILITY
WHICH ONE?
The viability of the project will be analyzed by a professional council of the footwear industry and the admission will be approved based on the fulfillment of the requirements of the project.
AVAILABILITY
WHEN?
Designers must be available in Elda, Alicante, Spain, from the Sunday before the start date of each edition until the Saturday after the start date, to follow the complete development process in a practical way.

CONTENT

Your chosen lasts. Professional orientation. Lunches on working days, factory transports to suppliers on working days. Health and liability insurance.
